An Update to FPL’s COVID-19 Services

An update from the Fraser Public Library:

In an effort to connect with our patrons during the closure, librarians from FPL are beginning to reach out via phone to our frequent users to see how we can further help our patrons until we can safely re-open our doors. However, due to the Stay Home, Stay Safe order, our librarians are at their homes and calling from a personal phone. In order to protect our staff’s privacy, our librarians are preventing their private phone numbers from showing up on caller ID. In the event a voicemail is left, we are directing those who wish to reach out to us to email fraserlibrary@libcoop.net. At no time during the phone call will a Fraser Librarian ask for personal information or monetary compensation.  If a patron requests to have an item put on hold for our eventual reopening, the librarian may ask for confirmation of the last four digits of the patrons library card number.

Due to the Governor allowing us to open just yesterday, we are working on a plan to return to curbside pick-up. Please check back here or on our Facebook for those details. Thank you for your continued patience and support!
