Macomb County Warming Center

A schedule of local night and day centers for the homeless.

Meal and shower schedules are also available.
Salvation Army MATTS

Macomb’s Answer to Temporary Shelter (MATTS) is an emergency residential unit for men, women and children in Macomb County.  (586) 755-5191

Downriver Community Services Provides a variety of resources to people who need assistance with housing, medical care, substance abuse therapy and much more.

Mobile Health Care  Medical Outreach Clinic provides free preventative and primary medical care to Macomb County Residents without health insurance or who qualify based on income.  Services provided through Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center. (586) 493-8000

Legal aid for people who meet income or age requirements on cases dealing with domestic violence, foreclosure, income benefits, SSI, wrongful eviction, landlord lock out, utility shut off, and subsidized housing. 586-465-1344
Lakeshore Legal Aid

Legal aid for Macomb County residents who meet income or age requirements assistance is provided on any civil case and includes domestic violence advocacy, family law, landlord tenant relations, senior advocacy, LGBT advocacy, and immgration law.
